Change of Mind:
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:You'll need to provide proof of purchase.To request a return, email us at hello@abundantbagco.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
Refunds:
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.*Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.*Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification with your Tracking number.
We pack all orders ourselves and aim to dispatch within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Is the Carry-All Tote machine washable?
Yes! Our terry towelling totes can be spot cleaned or washed on a cold gentle cycle. Simply line dry afterwards to keep it soft and in perfect shape.

Yes. Every tote includes a secure internal zip pocket to keep your phone, keys, and valuables safe.

Approx. 44cm wide x 42.5cm high x 18cm gusset—spacious without being bulky.
How Do I Care For My Tote?
Our totes are designed for everyday adventures - whether that’s beach days, playground runs, or coffee catchups. Like all soft fabrics, gentle wear is normal over time. To keep your tote looking its best:
- Avoid rough or abrasive surfaces to reduce pilling
- Spot clean or cold gentle machine wash when needed
- Line dry only (no tumble drying)
With a little care, your tote will carry you through seasons of abundance.
