What makes the Carry-All Tote different?
Our Carry-All Tote is made from soft terry towelling with a durable polyester lining, finished with a luxe branded gold badge. It’s bold, machine-washable, practical, and designed for women who carry it all - from beach days to errands, travel, mum-life, and everything in between.
Do the bags have pockets?
Yes! Every tote has a secure internal zip pocket to keep your essentials like phone, wallet, or keys close at hand.
How big are the bags?
Our totes measure approximately 44cm Wide x 42.5cm High x 18cm Gusset — plenty of room for everything you need to carry abundance daily.
Care & Durability
Are the bags machine washable?
Yes! Our totes are fully machine-washable. We recommend a gentle cold wash and air-dry to keep them looking vibrant.
Will the fabric pill?
Like all terry fabrics, normal wear and tear may occur with heavy use. To reduce pilling, avoid dragging the tote across rough surfaces. We’re always transparent: our totes are designed for everyday use, but they’ll last longest with a little extra care.
Ordering & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship Australia-wide with FREE shipping included, New Zealand, Asia, UK and Europe. We are hoping to offer shipping to the US soon.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within Australia.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Pre-Orders
What does pre-order mean?
Pre-orders secure your tote ahead of launch. This guarantees your bag before it sells out. Delivery times for pre-orders are noted on each product page.
When will my pre-order ship?
We’ll always list the estimated shipping date on the product page and keep you updated by email as soon as your tote is on its way.
Returns & Refunds
What if I change my mind?
We offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your tote, provided it’s unused and in its original condition.
What if my bag is faulty?
We want every customer to be happy. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at hello@abundantbagco.com with photos, and we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement.
